Does anyone think it's strange that we goto work for 8 hours a day and bu the time you get home you get maybe 4 hours to yourself before you have to goto bed and then goto work for another 8 hours? Shouldn't it be we should have to go to work for 4 hours then have 8 hours off?

How many vacation hours do you have built up, not including sick hours?  I've got 74 at the moment. 

Who honestly puts in 8 hours a day for work?  I've never met anyone (other than my mother in law) who works all the hours they get paid for. Would it make sense to work for 6 hours a day?  How bout 6 weeks mandatory vacation weeks a year...like over in some European countries...Would less work...
