mushrooms

Does anyone else here like them? I had some last week in a salad when we were on vacation last week. It had been so long since I had them last and I had forgotten how good that they are. So meaty and such a great flavor. I should buy some and try grilling them on a grill.

What do you think about mushrooms (the food) whether it be button, shitake, or otherwise? It seems most people either love them or hate them, but I guess we'll see what the poll reveals. I myself used to hate them, well actually I just didn't want to try them, but now I am a big fan. Was...
