Rescape (Kickstarter)

Kickstarter: Cool ideas that might suck if they don't get funded sufficiently.

I have a few thoughts on this. It looks cool. It might also get the campus police or the swat team called on you.

Basically its a fish angle lens + wii styled plastic gun + and software that scans your enviornment and greats a quake or rainbow 6 level. Kinda like paintball with out the paint.

Interesting. What would be even cooler would be a camera that would map the characters based off your actual environment. Another words it would be like looking though a camera but would blend the enemies into your hallways, makes then appear looking around corners etc. You would walk though your own house pretending to shoot monsters.

In the end, it seems like they would have been intergrated a go pro to the Oculus Rift somehow. *shrug* via android or something

Ya the Oculus Rift would be perfect for this!
