The Russians would know better than anyone. Their subs are the best in the world. Ours cannot compare to theirs. I still love the sorry on when the Americans were doing sub war games and in the middle of it a Russian subs pops up and we never even knew that they were there. Then they left. As to say "nice try guys but you still can't beat us".
