Does anybody have a good recommendation for a digital camera around a hundred bucks or so? Not looking for anything too fancy here obviously.

Can someone recommened a digital camera between 99 and $150ish.  Our current camera takes white washed pictures.  Its a kodak cx7530.  Its a refurb - seemed like a good deal at the time.
