So I have for some time thought to myself why isn't there some better way to make the roads safer in the winter? A machine that heats up then sucks up the melted ice and snow. This is after the initial snow removal but we know there are still very slippery roads especially intersections...

If I wanted to take my office on the road, which tablet would be more useful?
I feel like there are two options.
Surface Pro 2
Samsung Note 3 (because I can still use it as a phone)
Any input? Seems like a no-brainer. SP2 seems better at 1st glance, but SN3 can work as phone if IRC.

If anyone wants a good book to read, i would recommend this one. First book i have actually finished since probably high school. Was a great book, not to long, and very awesome. I see they are making it into a movie now, hopefully they don't butcher it.
