How is everyone's roads?

So how cold does it have to be before your paranoid about washing your ride? I hate the thought of frozen door handles/locks.

One trick that I have used numerous times in such a quick decision time when the car simply won't stop in time is; I take my foot off the brake and literally drive the damn car up on to the side walk, even if I have to give it gas to do it.  I've done this a few times now and it has saved me...

Watched this last night. The setting were beautiful. I bet it would look great on blu-ray. Wasn't a bad movie. Not much talking. A 8/10 http://www.sonyclassics.com/spring/
