So how many are excited for the Switch 2? From what I can tell it uses magnets now instead of slides, has hall effects joysticks as well.
 
While the Switch 2 announcement is cool and all, I was really hoping for something new. To me this is just like the PS5 Pro, just better things and more power that should have been the original machine. I personally was looking forward to a brand-new design or machine box and a new styled controller. I was hoping for something like a new Gamecube design or A new breakthrough controller, something.
 
The more I think about the Switch 2, the less excited I am, it is all a re-hash. Bringing nothing really new to the table. It's basically a band-aid with a little more power. Basically what the original Switch should had been released as.
