These paintbrushes must be made from the nut hair of gods they are so expensive. Lucky for me...I guess, I already had a hobby knife.
To your point anyway, the local selection is kinda limited, I have to drive 80 miles or so to get to the closest hobby shop. I think there are 4 in the state?
Oh. I couldn't find it anyway.I'm still looking for the right set to get into. All the advice says to read the books before committing to a faction. At this point I just want to put together a model and paint it.You did I just find it's funny that your like me when you get into something, you really get into something.
@O-Tron's employment must not afford as much desk time as ours. I'm hoping he will turn out some more pics of his Warhammer 40K inventory and that table he mentioned, but with moving into a new location I'm sure he is busy so I won't give him too hard a time.
I saw that...I followed today. I'm going to the game shop after Menards tonight to see what they have. Do you have any of the Citadel cases? Or the project box? Also, are those fine detail cutters really $30? :gasp: Are they made from adamantium? Or unobtainium?I get it I don't have to spend that much, its mostly said in jest, but what makes them so $$?
Do you know if there will be packages of replacement zigzag foam for older cases?How about the novels? Do you have the Horus Heresy novels?
How does your ordering work? Do you pick what to stock based on what your clientele asks for? Or do you get a box from GW with your quarterly ration? Can I order a thing through you, having you ship it directly to my residence? Would the price be comparable to me pulling it off the shelf?

We are able to order things special order for our customers, but we also get things sent as they come out from Games Workshop. It's spendy to get into at first. You need to get the display with all of the pieces, as well as the paints. It can be a little jarring, but Game Workshop is good to work with from what I've been able to gather. They don't play games like Wizards of the Coast. Wizards just cut our discount because apparently they weren't making enough on Magic.
Shareholders don't share. They want their share of your money.joking aside, bummer that you lost your discount. I wonder what the volume required is to retain the discount, and what the threshold is?
Is that something you can come back from? Do you need more weekly magic gatherings of magic? Is there a big trading group of old cards? Do you sell 2nd hand cards? Or new ones?
Someone was trying to explain the amount of revisions between new editions the other night. I kind of lost interest though. Do the old cards get nerfed in the new rule sets? Seems like something like that would be required.
I know GW/Citadel would prefer to make money from new cases, but if they released sets of zigzag replacement foam, they could make a killing, on foam. It would also negate the secondary market of their cases. Although after seeing the videos on the new cases, the zigzag foam looks better than that pluck.
