Cheesemakers union

I want to open a furniture design shop. I have the tools for it now. Can we somehow combine our ideas?

Ok how about this. A small coffee style shop that serves fresh backed bread a cheese. You could put your furniture on display with price tags and let people sit in them while they eat?

Hey in Deadwood they had a wine tasting/Amish furniture store.

Now we are getting somewhere. As long as there's nothing about fixing printers also, then we're good.

No sir, in fact we don't allow any technology into the place. We have a sign at the front door saying all electronic devices must be left outside at all times. Cafes offering WiFi? Screw that we offer NoFi!

Ok we will need a location, all stainless steel appliances, some stainless tubs for the milk to skim. Also we will need a warehouse to store the cheese in a controlled environment to let it age properly.

What kind of cheeses? I think it would be cool to do specialty cheeses like organic dairy, goats milk, and alternative non-dairy like almond, coconut, rice milk cheese.

For me I would like a nice potent blue cheese. A lot of specialty type of cheeses.

There are at least 3 basic cheeses... String, blue and Provolone. Provolone is the new cheddar! (4 if you count the cottage, which you should)

We will be serving a new product - "Jmanz's cottage cheese". Should be a hot seller.
