That is what I miss from my old job. I had a team but "ran the show" almost technology wise at the clinic. I basically set it all up and was well respected and liked at the clinic. BOss and team was awesome and I knew what I needed to do and know to get things fixed. Problem was my boss and Bismarck and high ups didn't see my value like I felt I was worth. I mean $.40 raise yearly is just a slap in the face I feel. I guess what they say is true that current employers a lot of time don't feel you are worth much and to get a raise you have to look at different companies and jobs.
