Well I finished this one up a while back. Played through all four potential outcomes of the game. Spent well over 100 hours playing it. I'd give this a 9/10. It's just plain awesome and hard to describe other than to say it is a Fallout game. For some reason I had trouble getting into Fallout 3 way back when, but I got into this one and piled all those hours in over a few weeks. You basically go from town to town (and the areas in between) and perform the main missions and sidequests. I had completed 90% of sidequests before I completed the first primary mission. I was already maxed out at level 30 when I really started into the primary missions, but it worked out well since I could save at the point where the four story lines begin to diverge and only have to go back to that point and run through the main missions.
As you travel you can pick up companions, loot abandoned areas, sell your treasures, work for or against different factions in the game. Again it's hard to describe, but there's so much to do and you definitely get your moneys worth out of this one if you put in the time to complete most of the quests. The only reason I didn't give it a full 10/10 is that there are a couple of annoying glitches a person can run into. Though there was a recent update so maybe they finally fixed some of them.
