I don’t think I have. My problem is I had such a backlog of spices that it took me years to finally get through them.

I did a full cleaning yesterday. I have been putting it off, I have changed out my tinfoil here and there, but a full cleaning involves breaking out the shop vac to clean out the pellet dust. She’s good to go now though.

Just did that the other day. Was due.

I was so tempted yesterday. They had a brisket for only $6.99lb. Which is unheard of. They also had 2 nice-looking flanks as well. I have never done flank, but it sounds like you need to marinate them.
