Had a problem with magpies trying to steal our chicken eggs. I had a shiny silver chain link, which i attached to old CDs back to back (shiny side out on both). Magpies think the shininess is a trap and will stay away. Hang it right above the coop entrance. I haven't had a problem since.
 
Don't buy a privacy screen protector for your iPhone. I thought that they would be cool, but they are a pain, and you have to turn your brightness up, which drains your battery more. Stick with a regular one. A $20 lesson learned.
