Early Monday morning, people already calling in complaining that they used their recovery disk and wiped out all thier data, and somehow that is my fault. I just not cut out for this crap anymore, so burnt out.
 
I hate it when the stupid tech support people give me the wrong recovery disks and cause me to wipe out all my data.  :abby:

A couple to add to my list today...

First call this morning, some guy wanting me to help him with his mac. I tell him that i can't help him and can check to see if the apple guy is in. He says he can't wait because he has apple care on the phone right now and want me to help him. I explain to him that i cannot again. He then goes, "so your telling me basically that they rest of you are imbeciles?" I didn't know what to do i just paused and then he starts to apologize and say it was just a joke. Anyways as you can tell he never got though to our mac guy since when he called back "the mac guy was out all day even though he wasn't" ;-)

Second...

"Hi i just put a audio cd in my computer and there must be something wrong with it because it sounds like she is singing in a minor and it needs to be a low c minor. Also the mid level don't sound like it has the correct frequency" ( I don't know if i said that all correctly since there was way more). Anyways i was like you are just using on board audio on a laptop, what did you expect? Seriously people buy cheap, get cheap stuff.

Old lady... "Hello i just bought a DVD from Walmart and i want you to help me copy it so i can give copies out to my friends." Me... "I'm sorry ma'am that is illegal and i can't help you with it." Her... "But i bought it i should be able to make copies and give them out to my friends." Me.." Flip it over see that copyright infringement and FBI warning on the back? That means its illegal." She just didn't seem to understand. :roll:
 
Had a new record the other day. Guy dropped off a computer the other day. Came back roughly 15-20 minutes later to see if it was done. :smt021
 
Alcoholic guy calls the ambulance because after 3 weeks of drinking everyday he runs out of money and is going into detox withdrawls.  The guy is shaking and in a pissy mood.  I give the man Ativan at his will (good drug, makes a guy feel good inside), I feed the man with food from our ER super bowl party, I give the man a couple cans of Coke to drink (mmmm, coke), I fluf his damn pillow,....then after two hours of pampering, the man says, can you pay for my cab to get home?  Fuck no!  Get a job you bumb.  Your entire treatmen was paid for by the tax payers and now you want us to pay for your cab ride so you can go home and get drunk again?? Holy Mother Marry, I should of killed the guy and did the world a favor.
