Sweet! Can I borrow those games when you are done with them?...............................................
No really, that's cool. Such a huge outpouring of cash though. Here's the thing. If money is no object, which in life it shouldn't be anyway, than as a gamer I say get every system. Reality is people don't have unlimited amount of money(insert nodle insult Corey here) and as a consumer who only has say 500 dollars to spend tell me truthfully you can't say the PS4 isn't the better choice. You can get the system and a game for the same price as just the Xbox. That is just one aspect of it. For those who listen to rumors and news can't help to be turned off by all the negative press. I know you assert that both systems will have DRM possibly because it's up to the developers but add all the systems features together and it's hard to not sway toward the PS4. If I lose internet for a long period of time I want to still play games. This isn't PC so I don't want an activation key. So many things man, so many things. Like I said if, as nodle puts it, "old Corey" was still me I would buy everything day 1. Now I just get to come over and watch you and nodle game.......and if lucky buy a system with a price point and features I like best. Nintendo I am looking at you.
Well, why would you wait until I'm done with them? If you had an Xbox One and I made you part of my "family" you could just play anything that was in my game librarySweet! Can I borrow those games when you are done with them?...............................................

Hmm... only $500 to spend. I would say it was time for a second job![]()
In reality, if strapped for cash, I'd say wait. Both systems will drop in price over time, the current gens will get new games for at least a year, and you can wait and see what the story looks like after launch. I don't know what I'd tell someone that had just $500 and absolutely had to have a console today. With exclusive titles and such I'd be more swayed toward the console with the games I most enjoyed and the experience most enjoyed. Each has pros and cons. Nodle has provided plenty of fodder and I wrote a huge post with some pros on the xbox one. Even if said person can afford a PS3 plus one game, that's just one extra game over the course of the next 5-10 years for this new generation. So you trade having one game now rather than consider the other option, and with collections like yours or mine, what's one game?
Gaming is my one week spot. Day 1, only Xbox One, there's no unlimited supply of cash here either. Down the road, I may end up with a PS4 if they have enough exclusive titles that I really want to play (God of War, Uncharted, etc).
Saw a kid watching this on the plane trip back.
Yes, played a little last night. Opening sequence was amazing/emotional and graphics and game play so far are top notch. Sort of like Resident Evil as it gives em the same fell atmosphere wise but with better controls.Have you started this yet? It really has great reviews

I watched/listened to about 20 minutes of gameplay. It seems neat. I hope someone records a playthrough like that bioshock infinite I posted a link to.
Which demo?Nice pick ups. Pandora's Tower will be a collectors soon. Still considering that PS3 game now that it dropped in price. I enjoyed the demo.
