I know that realtors started using Ai to fill their empty rooms, but now they are taking it to a whole new level and showing what it could look like when fixed up. My wife showed me a house yesterday online and said, "Look how nice this is for the money." Something seemed off because it did look nice for the money, but it looked too good and not natural. Then, when you go to the bottom, they had the pictures of what it actually looks like. It went from looking like a clean modern home to a home from the 60's with shag carpet, etc. Very misleading; there should be a law since it's bait and switch.
