I bought it from Steam. 50% off until noonish. Its a top down vertical shooter set in an alternate reality where Jamestown is a British Settlement... on Mars.

Well, I jumped in and bought this as well. Looks interesting but my only concern is how it will handle control wise on a pc. I am used to these type of games on an arcade stick or controller.
