Had this thought while driving to Bismarck the other day and of course since bug season the many bug splats. Make a windshield pull away/pull off film so you can pull it off after trips. Maybe, if possible, make it also small rock chip proof.
I guess my idea is similar to what race car drivers...
My son is into remote controlled cars and he wants a new one for Christmas. Anybody know what the good brands are these days? When I was a kid, I had a Tyco Turbo Hopper and that thing was awesome. He's only 4 so we don't have to get too carried away.
Coming back from lunch getting ready to pull out and old lady decides she will turn now without a blinker as I proceed to pull out. Then she gives me a dirty look like I was in the wrong. Flashback to two days ago. I pull up to intersection, the lady across the street actually has her turn...

Ok so I need a new battery for my truck. I currently have an Interstate in it. I only got 5 years out of it. When is all the warranty is good for. Not all that impressed, and I heard that they are suppose to be good. What brand would you recommend or have had good luck with?
I don’t know if I quite agree with this. I do trust Popular Mechanics but I think I will stick with letting mine warm up.
Warming your car up in the cold just harms your engine
So goodbye to the old days of jumper cables! I bought myself one of these about 4 or 5 months ago. Noco seems to be the best but there are tons of companies making them now. The build quality is excellent. So I have had it sitting in my garage after the first initial charge and it's still at...
Me and me Dad have this discussion quite a bit. Can motor oil sitting in an engine when it's not needing a change harm the engine? Most oil changes recommend xxxxxx miles or every 6 month etc. But why do you need to change it say in the 6 months if you only have 1,000 miles on it? Does it...
When I was growing up everyone ha a car bra on their car. I mean it was one of the first things you have to get for your cars. Now I never see them on the road anymore. Probably one reason was all the dirt they would get underneath them and scratch your paint up. I don't know why did more damage...
I would like to discuss vehicle GPS units. We have a Garmin (I forget the model number) but i think it's a 5" widescreen model. When I bought it thankfully it came with lifetime maps. We used it over the weekend and I was thinking it was such a great investment, I mean I don't know how people...
Kelly Blue Book has been purchased by Autotrader (used car seller) and NADA Guides has been purchased by J.D. Power (a P.R. firm) and no longer give accurate values of used cars.
Does anyone miss putting in car stereos growing up? I was big into them. There was nothing like installing one and getting everything hooked up and testing them out. I went though a few different speaker setups, but my best was 2x 15" and 3x 10" in a hatchback with a capacitor. That system thumped.
So I see Subaru came out with a new model this year. A larger model SUV. It looks like an oversized Outback, but still provides all the great feature that Subaru has to offer. I stopped in a dealership the other day and looked inside one. They have third row seating as well...
Tesla has finally unveiled its electric truck at an event in California. During the event, Elon Musk went through many of the details and specifications of the truck, but at the end, Elon Musk also showed off the company's plans for a new roadster that will come out at some point in 2020...
