so... Cuphead finally released last week

I'm pretty disappointed. It looked awesome originally. Then they added some more good old-fashioned stuff, 2d side scrolling platforming. But then I heard it was punishingly difficult. I've watched a few streamers playing it...
Well I ended up beating this game last night. It was a great game, but I don't know I didn't really care for the ending.
The whole game had a almost "Half Life 2" feel to it. I liked the beginning a lot. A couple of puzzles really made you think, but I never did look up for help and eventually...
Well we have all heard the bad news, but for the rest of us that still want something similar (actually some prefer it better) there is always RetroPie.
I will post some links (might be for myself in the future)

It feels a bit like Dark Souls although I haven't played multiplayer yet. I just finished the Knight campaign. I'm fairly certain I'm going to remain a Knight. It's got style, it's got grit, but what lies behind the content doors? I'll let you know how I feel later.
I have a problem. I just can't get into gaming anymore. I want to though. I want to feel that old feel of having fun, getting deep into the game etc. I just can't anymore. I actually force myself. I will even buy a game thinking "I will get deep in this game, it will be the best ever"! But I end...
Been playing .... a lot.
Played 140 hours + of quickplay with this girl I met in WoW, just played another 30-40 hours in competitive, reached Platinum rank in this season tonight (I believe Diamond is the highest). Gets kinda old but I'm happy to say I earned all of my extras without buying any...
I played the trial of the first couple levels using my EA Access membership on Xbox One. It's also on PS4. Fun little platformer with some environmental puzzles. I really liked what I played so far and it is out today. Reminds me a bit of Max: The curse of brotherhood and Valiant hearts. I...
I have always used inverted y-axis (up, down) controls in games for looking or aiming. Don't know why or what game I first played that I got used to that, but it's how I'm used to playing it. When playing multiplayer together, I think I'm the only one of my friends who always had to pause the...
Searched and couldn't find a thread. I really enjoyed Far Cry 3 and played straight through it. During this last Steam Summer Sale I bought FC4 on PC and I am pretty addicted. I am not quite as fond of multiplayer games in general at the moment, so these types of games are pretty good to me. The...
I thought this was interesting. NeoGaf is basically a video game forum. I visit it once and awhile and basically this is what their members choose.
Game of the Year:
Bayonetta 2 = 1132 points, 12 honorable mentions
Mario Kart 8 = 925 points, 21 honorable mentions
Super Smash...
So I think it all started with Dark Souls. It was a very hard game that basically was so tough people loved it. Then you had other games come out like Rust, and Day Z, more hard games where you lose everything. I also saw it happen to games like WoW where people left because it had gotten easier...
I have no clue if anyone here is really into this, if not I probably didn't need to put it on it's own thread. I've never gotten into it myself
Xbox One version will release on Friday (9/5/14) for $20 or if you have it on 360 you can upgrade for $5.
At least one rumor is the PS4 version will...
