What's new

AI future has begun - OpenAI and others.

Can you spot something written in Ai? I think I can. I have noticed that Ai likes to categorize things. It will break things out in separate sections, and in a way when I am reading something written in AI there is something that just seems off. Like I always say if you have to ask, or something seems off it probably is. A prime example over this weekend. I saw a Facebook post on our towns local Facebook group. I read the post about a new business coming to town. My first idea instinct was something like this would never come to our town. Then I noticed the categorizing of sections. So I copied and pasted the text and ran it though a couple of Ai text font analyzers. Sure enough a 98% match it was written by Ai. It’s sad to see the post had 300 comments on it. Looks like Ai is entering the modern day scam era. Reminds me of the 2010-2015 era of spyware and remote PC companies that I used to have to deal with for work. Maybe that’s why I am good at spotting these things?

And just think, it's early innings yet. It will get much better.

Does anyone have a newer iPhone with Apple Intelligence? The reason I am asking, is Apple Intelligence the same as Siri, or is it a whole new Ai, or is it just Siri with Ai? I feel like Siri is so behind the times in response times, or just doing what you are asking. I feel like it's Ai tech from about 2018. It just feels old compared to all the new Ai out there and I can't figure out why Apple doesn't update it? Maybe that is what Apple Intelligence does?

I might have answered my own question:
Siri draws on Apple Intelligence for new superpowers. With an all-new design, richer language understanding, and the ability to type to Siri whenever it’s convenient for you, communicating with Siri is more natural than ever. And with extensive product knowledge and the ability to tap into ChatGPT when it might be helpful to answer your question, Siri can assist you in brand-new ways.

I think they are more data centers used to store information. Just because their storage centers that doesn't mean Ai is using them.

Welcome to surge pricing coming to a store near you. Wendys, starting in some locations, will introduce surge pricing on their food items to adjust prices depending on time of day, amount of demand among other factors.

Wendys surge pricing could become new normal.

Amazon and airlines already do this, but imagine this in physical stores you go to everyday. Or being in line for 20 minutes and the price goes up when it's your turn to order.
