Did you get this? It was supposed to drop after 4 weeks of getting the Timewalking buff, but there was a flaw the first week and if you ran enough Timewalking dungeons then, it would drop for you, which it did for me.
 
I know Blizz has been working their way eliminating some addons, but at this rate I foresee in the future addons like Weakauras/DBM/Elvui etc going away.

dropped off rotfist, the rare near the starting area in isle of dorn...

I had been farming the other one just like it from Shadowlands for months without a drop (the one from maldraxxus, bubbleblood) so it was cool that it dropped randomly

Thats a great back piece, I farmed it for just a little bit, thankfully it dropped for me pretty early on. It's a great piece to transmog a green outfit with.

I have been having some fun in WoW lately again, the old guild is trying to come back to life, got my 4-piece tier set, been running some delves, hit max 11.
