I remember these came out years ago, and Intel is still making them, but now they are actually quite powerful. I really like the NUC7i5BNK. It's an i5 model, supports 32gig of memory and uses a .m2 SSD, and had 4k support. It's also vesa compatible so you can mount it behind a monitor or TV as well. These would be perfect for a office PC or a PC for your parents. As long as your not into gaming these really fit the bill.
