I thought it was just what they expect it to be down the road. Kinda like farmers do planting crops. They know that wheat should do better on the market than corn for the following year and plant accordingly. At least that is the way I understood it. Correct me if I am wrong.
 
That's the way I understood it too, but how could they possibly be accurate when it goes out ten years? Oil is heavily driven by political forces,and it's a roller coaster ride.
 
LOL doesn't mean much considering all oil has done in 3 years is fall so a jump of like 10 cents woule be the biggest jump in that time frame.

Oh don't worry either more problems with refineries our a natural weather occurrences will knock it back up. You didn't think you would actually get cheap gas again did you?

Ha... current prices are what most here were going nuts about not that long ago as being cheap prices, after coming down from > $4 a gallon

 
OH YEAH, here we go! Going up so it can fall come Monday. Just saw 2 big moving vans on my street yesterday....of people moving out.

Don't worry they are just moving out for the new crowd to move in. AKA Bubba and he's eyeing your house among other things.
 
Saudi Arabia refuses to bow to pressure to cut oil productionI am really wondering if they are some how tied to Russia and are doing this to get back at the U.S. to get back at the sanctions that we imposed on them.

Well, they aren't really getting back at anyone until the prices at the pump are lower right?Who refines the saudi oil anyway? Why can't they ship us gasoline? At lower prices even! That will really show 'em! (Us?)

 
Just got text from old coworker that did IT here in town for an oil company. They are eliminating her position and closing shop. She she is having to look for more work now.
