Oil bust inevitable

I just drove by we are at $4.19!

We just got raised to $3.99 here today.

So last week about Thursday we were at $3.79. HEard the rumors and thoguht I will fill soon. As stated above later that day it jumped to $3.99. I filled up Friday morning. Well this weekend it jumped to $4.19.

Kind of a strange thing going on here. So I saw most shoot up to the $4.19 as I said and very quickly. Yesterday all were at that except Holiday whcih had it at 4.09. I saw the Conoco near them at 4.19 still. Well this morning the Holiday is now at 3.99 and other at 4.09. Shell near me is always the slowest to change. Good when I notice goes up at others but bad when goes down as always a half day or full day+ later for change.

Well gas back down to $3.99 here.

I’m sitting a a gas station right now and it says $4.24

Oddly enough, we fell back down to $3.89 here yesterday.

We went out of town over the weekend. For some reason we are .22 cents higher than a town 45 minutes away.

WTI $93.33 this morning, marching back up towards $100.

My boss and me were just talking about diesel costs, thanks for posting that @jmanz .

We dropped down to $3.79 here today. Puzzling since oil is on the upswing still.

Drove by last night $4.22 still here.

Heard an interesting thing on the news last night...In Norway, 80% of the vehicles are EV. But they still use roughly the same amount of oil and gas (just slightly less) in their country as they have averaged for many years.

Also in all of the world, only 1% of vehicles are EV's so far.

We dropped another ten cents, down to $3.69 here this morning. Odd since oil and gas are powering higher today again. Must have been some future contracts or something.
