He was talking about cheap oil ruining the Bakken boom though. Not shortages.
I guess they shouldn’t had quit drilling and we wouldn’t have a shortage now would we? I thought we were supposed to drill day one after the first day on the job? Yet here we are still no drilling happening in the Bakken fields like they were. That always proves to me that it’s artificially created or you would be drilling.
Looks like the Bakken is still cranking it out from the numbers I've seen lately. Not too far away from the highs of years ago.
