This is the second time I have seen this in a week, driving home and I see people on their riders with their side vent lifted and locked in the upwards position and them driving purposely with the discharge point towards the street to blow grass and rocks out. How dumb can you be? You could blow someone’s window out of a car or chip their paint. I mean you can see the dust of gravel literally shooting out the side. Be mindful.
