Happy Thanksgiving all!

I fired up the Smoker at 11am and tossed the 9lb turkey at 11am.

Removed at 4:15pm

Smoked with Some Pecan

Nice @Junglist0682 , happy Thanksgiving to you and your family as well. I really want to do a turkey on my Treager someday. I know @jmanz did one today on his.

Happy Thanksgiving! I put the turkey on the Traeger at 9am sharp and took it off at about 12:15. Little over 16 pounds, cooked at 300 degrees.
