Well 17 other countries, including Japan. The U.S. mentioned the whole training thing for the military but I saw this guy saying it this morning and considering he was running the F.B.I for a bit.

I kinda wondering if it has something to do with the upcoming elections and Ai. I think there will be a fight already claiming that Ai hacked and changed votes. But that wouldn’t explain the entire world situation, unless a nuke is dropped, that would make more sense because the fallout takes about 30 days to circle the globe?
