Or office usage, who needs multiple monitors when you can have massive screens in your face. Actually, I wonder how that works? Say you have like 5 windows open virtually. They should make a focus tracking system so whichever screen your eyes are focused on would do an automatic zoom on that particular window. If the price was reasonable it would be way cheaper than buying multiple monitors as well.
It will be a $1,000 device just like a phone before long, it will look much different and be more comfortable. And that's when it will be much much more popular.

So, we were out of town this weekend, and swung by a Walmart. They had a Meta Quest 3 on display for you to look at and demo. We were just wasting time and tried it out. I will tell you what VR stuff has come a long way. It started out with the AR display first then went full VR. It was impressive. It really does make you feel like you are there. I was impressed. One scene I almost got motion sickness from. I could see if you were wearing this for some time you would almost get disconnected from reality. Anyways neat device until I saw the price tag.
