Xbox 360: Games with Gold

I heard Hockey is good @ndboarder . ;)
HMM.... where or who could you have heard this from?Hockey is good. I played the demo of NHL 15 and found out I don't completely suck at it and it was pretty fun. Trial of the full game, allowing only up to 6 hours of play before release next week, starts today for EA Access members.

I could only play as the Kings or Rangers in the Demo, so looking forward to trying it out with a real team tonight or tomorrow in the trial.

And yes, I did pre-order the game (as you apparently already knew), so I'll own it next Tuesday when it comes out, and Destiny. Should've taken time off work.....

You sir have an addiction.

That's the first step is admission.
True, but since I'm OK with it, I have no plans to take any of the additional rehabilitation steps

So we all agree? WoW is calling.......
Oh I will admit it's addicting. You will too.

Never said it wasn't. I'm just not answering that call....

1) I'm not sure this thread about sales is where this belongs, should've tracked down the All things Xbox One thread...2) This isn't necessarily new or limited to the Kinectless Xbox One. I'd guess the fact that most reports have been on Kinectless is an indicator that more people are buying the $399 console than the $499 consoles.

3) This hit the news late last week, when MS re-iterated they would replace the hardware for users with the issue http://www.cnet.com/news/xbox-one-too-noisy-microsoft-will-replace-it/

I think I read it's coil whine. More than likely from the chokes they used. I have been around this noise before from video cards and it can be annoying. But if your playing a game you wouldn't notice since your sounds would drown it out. But it would be annoying if you were watching a tv or a movie.

Xbox Gamers - keep your eyes on http://www.majornelson.com, or you Xbox dashboards the next couple weeks. The annual year end sales have started. Countdown to 2015 is under way.

Here's hoping they offer some good deals on great games.

I caved in and bought Magic 2015 (part of this weeks sale) and Lego: The Hobbit (one of today's deals) since they were both 50% off. Will be tough to resist anything that may be worth playing for $20 or less.

Guess I've slacked on this since the new year, but April's games with gold have been announced. Major Nelson has all the details, but for April I guess xboxers get double the normal allotment of games (2 for the X1 and 4 for the 360)

Xbox One - Child of Light and Pool Nation FX

Xbox 360 - Terraria, Gears of War: Judgement, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, Army of Two: Devil's Cartel
