Guy from ID @ Xbox (indie games) on stage, naming a bunch of games I've never heard of.

Some of them shown look pretty cool. Saw Mighty No. 9 and Below in there briefly. Only ones I've recognized so far, but others did look pretty intriguing

 
Now it looks to be a new Tomb Raider coming. Rise of the Tombraider. Looked nice, but just a trailer.
 
Thanks for the updates. I am surprised there hasn't been any mention of the model without the kinect and more talk of the future of games for/with gold.

Everyone knows about the new offering. In stores today. Doubt they'll say much about games with gold, unless they announce what will be in July. They are trying to make up with gamers, and doing nothing but show games. Dunno if it will work for them or not.

 
Scalebound - some crazy dragon riding dude fighting a multi-headed beast. Looked cool, dunno what it is.
 
Pretty cool trailer for a new Crackdown. Not sure it's my kind of game, but the trailer was fun to watch
 
Recap video of lots of game clips starting- I'm assuming that means the show is over. Too many leaks, not much for news.

Yet at the end they shows logos for Quantum Break, but no news on it. They showed a Gears of War symbol, again no news there either. Perhaps some teasers of more to come.

I think this is what they don't want people talking about. If they do they it makes them look like they have backtracked.

I don't think they care if you talk about it. They have said very publicly that there are changes, it is in response to what people have asked for and bitched about.If you ask for change and get change, you're a pretty big hypocrite to then turn around and bitch about the changes

 
I'm interested to see what Sony shows now. Unfortunately with the timing of their event I don't think I'll get to watch it live as well.

With both announcing new consoles last year, this year they just have to show what is coming to their consoles. I'm assuming Sony will have some Morpheus stuff to show though

 
Sorry man just being honest and not bashing Xbox one or anything, but I didn't see anything to be all that excited about. I am sure that Sony may show some of the same cross platform stuff, but I was really looking for unique content. I only saw a couple of things that were new on the xbox side and the rest were just rehashes. Like I said just being honest for such a long wait I thought for sure there was going to be some awesome stuffed announced on the xbox side. Maybe Sony's will bomb too?

What long wait? you didn't see much to excite you because they are just showing what's coming and game companies have all announced there stuff or things have leaked.I partially agree with you. Nothing just jumped out and made me think holy sh*t, because I've seen it all already for the most part. There were a few small games, like Inside (from limbo), Below, and Ori that look interesting and are small indie games. Phantom Dust and Scalebound were a couple (I think there were few others) that I don't really know a lot about and not much was shown or I missed. People like their series and want more, so as much as you may want new content you might get it.

Where I disagree is when you say you aren't trying to bash. Not like you really want something new anyway, go back to your antique WoW

 
Well I meant I was expecting something huge like a new Zelda being announced for Nintendo or something. I mean something to make the audience go WOW! I mean I know alot of people have been waiting for E3 to come so they could get an idea of what system to purchase. I agree with you as far as the indie games announced, that's the only thing that I found fairly interesting. I mean how many Halos are you gonna release to soak up money? Besides I thought they said they were done with halo along time ago? Where are the games like Gears of War that got people jacked up? It was all just the same old games again. Like I said I'm really not bashing just expected alot more.
 
Wait... why wouldn't they do a new Halo? Bungie stepped away from Halo to work on Destiny, but 343 has never been done with it. Do they need other things? Yes. If you have a huge game series that people still love and want more of, should you stop making them because some don't like them? No

Next, how is Gears of War (or Zelda) any different from Halo in your eyes. It's another game that already has 4 (or maybe more) titles in the series, but a new one of those would be OK?

 
Nothing against the XBox as I do love mine. Max is awesome, Halo: Spartan Assault is a good time waster and interesting change from the standard Halo FPS and Titanfall was a good FPS with the added Titans to make it stand out from other FPS games. I also enjoyed Child of Light but of course that is on all consoles. E3 though was not too exciting from what has been reported here. The thing is E3 hasn't been great for a long time for any console since news leaks as well as announcements made all the time and don't get saved for E3 like they used to.

I don't see much exiting news to be made for any of the consoles but will wait and see what Sony and Nintendo have to show in their presentations. The only thing that would get me excited at this point would be Nintendo announcing a price cut on the Wii U along with some awesome games like a new Zelda or something.
