Inflation, Rising Prices & Recession: Economic Discussion

Also will be interesting to see if AI starts to replace workers on a substantial basis.
This I already see happening, they will list it as 'customer service positions'. Aka automated chat or phone support.

I have been hearing about cocoa for awhile now. Doesn’t really affect me that music and the only thing it will hurt is dentistry.

About the above 2, only going to get worse. First debt, not only do today's people live like nothing matters, spend on frivilous things to satisfy wants and pleasures over needs they also are getting double punhced by the ever increasing inflation. Does pay need to go up? How about finding a way to actually get some deflation going and stop allowing greedy coorpaorations to continuly price gouge to line the rich pockets while stomping on those who actually do the work.

Grim news time. World is overpopulated and don't care to say this. Would be great if the low lifes...didn't exist. What good does a person who just wants to drain and leech off society? Doesn't matter if you offered them a good job. Majority don't want to work or contribute ot a functional decent society.

You're not wrong, but it's kind of hard to visualize when your own government is doing just that. This is where we discussed doomsday spending is happening right now. Because of what we have done over the last two years, keeping the money printer going, it is having a trickle effect. People will eventually demand a higher wage, because they were used to living a certain way 2 years ago, but because of inflation they can no longer meet their needs/lifestyle, so they are now demanding more money. Part of me I can't blame them, we are all feeling the noose tightening lately. Every single time I go the grocery store we buy less and less. Our pantry isn't what it looked like two years ago. I could continue on with things like insurance etc. People are used to a way of living, some more extreme than others a financial comfort zone if you will. You start impeding on what they are used to they are going to demand more to make up for it.

Besides government spending, people are seeing what the illegals coming into the country are getting and they are starting to think to themselves "this isn't fair". It isn't...
