My company is putting down 3 of it's 7 rigs, so almost half. Four of our main drill site managers are going to Texas. It's happening, nothing is fair in War, Love, and Oil... Just a reminder how volatile the oil business is. Certainly this could be a short term dip, but then again you never know. Now I really wish I would have sold my house when I kept saying I should have.

Same here on the house, We both thought about this about a 6 months to late. To think that 6 months ago you could had put your house on the market and could guarantee it would sell in a week.

Jim McIngvale, who owns Gallery Furniture and is known locally as Mattress Mack, is telling customers agreeing to buy $7,000 in furniture that he will give them their money back if oil is $85 a barrel or higher at the end of this year.

TBH, the furniture at that store is way overpriced as it is.

Wife should me a local Facebook post talking about our local unemployment office having a line backed out the front door. I guess tons of people are filling for unemployment due to the oil failing. Also another post her husband owns a moving company and she said they are moving 3 familys a day out of the area. There are so many people trying to leave already that they can't keep up.

Time will tell. The futures are showing some growth come April, but even those are subject to change. They normally rise then anyways due to people traveling in the summer. It really comes down to what people across the sea do with the oil over there. It's a shame that it effects us here.
