'nodle]I read that over in China/those areas said:
I tried to tell you. I was met with "But this time is different". Demand destruction, it happens during a recession. That's the point, to cool things off. One small area of the country might be stronger for a bit longer than others, but eventually it will hit.

There are too many factors that are different this time around. First people aren't the same people that were around during the great recession, those people were neighborly, and would help your fellow man out. Now people are selfish and would cut your throat to save a dollar. People are more violent these days as well.

Also, America wasn't at the breaking point it is today. They don't have a corrupt government, a corrupt justice system. Men were still 'Good' back then. Those days are no longer. People are way in over their heads with big homes, vehicles, and toys. People are too addicted to social media, the internet, electronics. Back in the old days electricity was only for the rich. Can you imagine when they start having rolling power outages, or no power at all due to no water anymore? Kids these days will lose their minds. Suicide rates will climb, robberies will climb. I have read many apocalyptic books to get an overall taste of what it will be like. I could write about the influence of illegals coming across the border each day, there are just so many more things different this time. America is destined to fall eventually. I hate to say it, but it will happen. They want the destruction of America, and it is playing out before our eyes. We are all so busy trying to make it that no one can stop it. Take my advice, prepare to live like the Amish do, stock up on canned goods/ammo. Ammo will be the new currency. Learn how to hunt/fish/grow a garden. This way the future the men that wrote the Constuction saw coming, it's here now, you are living it.

Wow I'm really getting off subject now. Anyways, stocks are crap, will continue to be crap, hide your money under your mattress, invest in ammo.
So wound up and we are just beginning!
I think our main difference is I'm short term negative and long term positive. You are negative short and long term. You can say that is being realistic, but only if you are right.

In my opinion, stocks are risky short term, but it's risky not being in stocks long term. The market can be weird during a recession. Sometimes the market jumps way up when everything else is ugly out there. Has happened in the past. And if you miss it, you miss it.

Lmaoooooo oh man this is my favorite one from today, if your a Seinfeld fan you will get this.

Hey, look the market is crap again, it happens daily anymore so there is no reason to even post about it. We are finally starting to accept that it is just going to keep going down daily from here on out.
Well like I told you long ago, we need to get to S&P 3500 range before things get better. We are at 3815 now. A long ways to go yet.

Actually to revise, S&P 3500 is where I start getting interested again. It can go lower but that is when I will start layering in.
