There is a guy at work that builds stuff and has watching the price of lumber and said it was down the last few weeks, but it was up over this weekend. Anyone else noticing trends like that?
Yup all lumber is on the rise (cost of gas to ship in? Gas for chainsaws?). It's to the point where you can't build anything anymore. No wonder no one wants to buy a house anymore and there are so many foreclosures.
