It's actually well known in medical science how connected brain trauma is to sexual function. A friend of mine's wife was once in a bad car accident that left her in a coma. They tried to bring her back many times, but eventually she was just left on life support for several months. Then, one day, while the nurse was washing her, she noticed an uptick in physical activity (can't remember if it was brain signals or heart rate) while washing her genitals. After she informed the doctors, my friend was asked if they could try using sexual function to wake her, which he agreed to. He did, and they tried to wash, ahem, rigorously, in the area, which did improve many of the life signs, but didn't bring her out of the coma. Eventually, they suggested to him that he should try oral sex with her as a way to bring her out. Again he agreed, and they gave him full privacy as they left him in the room with her while the act was done. However, things went very wrong, and her heart rate stopped, all the alarms went off and the doctor's stormed into the room. As they tried to resuscitate her, one of the doctor's asked him what the hell happened. "I think she choked" was the answer.
