The funny part is nothing really had anything to do with me. It was your own stupidity. One was he told the customer that their hard drive was bad. No actually the customer just had their desktop enabled to "Auto-hide" and show no icons on desktop. Since it came in that way I left it alone. Alot of people like certain setting and I don't touch their setup. He was to stupid to hover his mouse towards the bottom and have it come up. Glad you told the customer it was their hard drive bad :rolleyes:
 
My latest ordeal is I am pretty sure they told most of the employees not to speak to me anymore. The guys around me do but that's about it. Passing people in the hall no one even says hi to me anymore.
 
I've been applying for jobs for last two months and only had one potential so far, but looks like that's down the drain, feeling so unappreciated and out of the inner "circle". Oh well, Ecuador or New Zealand I hear are decent places.

Stay away dear God stay away, they let another go yesterday so I am sure the others are to replace me and the other guys here. That's 11 people in a year.

 
Well it's that time of the year again. Where do I go from here. Nothing like coming in and getting yelled for an hour at a meeting because of stuff that's out of my hands. When someone tells you that they don't want to pay for something, somehow, someway I am suppose to force them. I really need a change this just isn't right.

They are taking apps for an IT assistant aroud Outpost5. Not sure you want to relocate though. Nearest Pizza Hut is 45 minutes away and all.

I don't know just can't do this anymore. It's really sucks one's soul completely dry. This is a dying field anyways. I gotta bail ship sometime before it takes me down with them.
 
Hang in there man, just a bit more at least. Dying field, do you mean consumer computer repair? I wish I had something in mind to line you up with, but can only suggest put your stuff up on LinkedIn or apply other places.
 
It's not just my job, it's this state too. When I first came here I hated it. Then it wasn't so bad. I enjoyed the older people around here. Liked the nice quite communities etc. Then came the oil. Nothing personal but it brought more bad then good. Everything is expensive, you need a carpenter to do small house stuff, you might be lucky to have something done in a year or too. Plus it's the winters and the summers. I want one extreme or the other, not both. Yes this field is dying. I have known about it for years. But I kept pulling a pay check in the meantime. But I just need a change.
