Crazy. I still have a few left.About 3 years ago I purchased the little tinfoil cups for my trigger that fit perfectly into the little grease bucket. I paid $5 for about a 6 pack of them. I was in the same store where I purchased them and saw them, they are now $15 for 6, what a joke!
Well I picked someone of this up tonight and tried it out on a Tri-tip. I wasn’t all that impressed. It was to lightweight. I prefer a more heavier seasoning.Looks like everyone is recommending Santa Maria seasoning for tri tip.

Surprised you haven't tried this before. Been a couple years but I liked it. Meat Church makes quality stuff. Just finished off their Texas Sugar a bit ago.Well I have been seeing a lot of folks talking about this seasoning, so I picked some up today and tried it out on a Tri-tip. I was somewhat worried saying it had hints of jalapeño but boy was I wrong about the flavor. It's actually hits you with a two phase punch. It's sweet off the bad then had a jalapeño smokiness right at the end. It's so good you want more instantly and almost makes your mouth water for more. I can't wait to try it on a steak.

I don’t think I have. My problem is I had such a backlog of spices that it took me years to finally get through them.Surprised you haven't tried this before. Been a couple years but I liked it. Meat Church makes quality stuff. Just finished off their Texas Sugar a bit ago.
