I wouldn't say "never". For games like inFamous and Uncharted I might eventually pick up a PS4. Probably after a hardware revision and price drop or two when theirs a few games I would want that have dropped in price. It would be a 3rd world citizen in the house, just like the PS3 and only be used for a few exclusives, since the Xbox gaming experience can't be beat.
 
Sony: PS4 will remain in limited supply until April

Playstation UK manager Fergal Gara does not expect the PS4 to be readily available on store shelves until at least April.Regarding the strong sales, he says:
"PS4 pre-orders ... were so big that we were pinching ourselves and wondering if people were pre-ordering in more than one place, and if some of these pre-orders were real.

"We were getting numbers we never imagined, let alone seen before. But it proved to be real. How do I reconcile that? I think the world has changed since we launched PS3."

Sony has laid off an undisclosed amount of staff at three of its UK developers: Evolution Studios, Guerrilla Cambridge, and SCE London Studio. VideoGamer reported that "numerous" people from each studio have been let go. In a statement, Sony said that a recent internal review triggered the need for restructuring at the studios.

I do love the series, but do you have any clue how many games I own that I have not played? Hell, I haven't even played the last God of War game I bought for the PS3 yet. I just found it in shrink wrap yet the other day.

Eventually I'll likely buy one, but it will be when they have enough exclusive games at a lower price that I really want to play. Currently, that's the only exclusive I would care to play and given all the other stuff I have I can't justify buying the console for that one game.

When they have a couple infamous/uncharted/ratchet games that can't be had on something I own, then probably. So I'm saying a year or better most likely, since the next uncharted is rumored to be sometime in 2015. Even then I'll wait a while, given all the big dogs they've lost at Naught Dog studios lately.

 
Hmm. Is this just some dumb animated GIF, or is it supposed to be accurate of what's coming in June? Some of the games they listed (Destiny at least, it was a fast list) are not exclusive. Most are already known games, and then Heavenly Sword 2? I doubt HS 2 is coming. The studio that made the first is not on good terms with Sony.

They did a few games since then. Sony, I believe, does own the Heavenly Sword franchise, so in theory they could do it, but with the number of internal studios they have I don't see how they could be working on Uncharted, God of War, Heavenly Sword and others and announce them all this year.

 
Ya it's suppose to be a list of announced games, but I don't think they mean exclusives. Give me The Last Guardian or a new God of War and I'm in.

Uncharted > GoW. There's just been too many GoW games and other similar games and they just don't change. Would a new one be good, I'm sure, but while I was excited for the last one and got it right away, I haven't even put it in a console.

 
Uncharted I am sure they will announce. I was just reading today how more people seem to enjoy The new Tomb Raider over Uncharted though.

That seems to be a tall order. Is the new Tomb Raider good? Yes, very good. Is it as good as Uncharted, no. It definitely plays a lot like the Uncharted games though.Why would they "announce" Uncharted. Pretty sure they already did, though it was confirmed to be a title for 2015, so don't hold your breath to see it anytime real soon...
